Orders & Production

How long does it take to process my order?

All of our products are made to order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Please allow this production time in addition to your chosen shipping method.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since every item is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible at Hooklinensnkr@zohomail.com if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before production begins.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping times are in addition to the 1–3 business day production window.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum required. Free shipping on all shipping methods for orders over $45. International orders over $45 qualify for free standard shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Please note that any duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted regions at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email us at Hooklinensnkr@zohomail.com.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at Hooklinensnkr@zohomail.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Are gift cards returnable?

No — gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

EU Customers

EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period and may return their order within that window for any reason.

Sizing & Fabric

What sizes do you carry?

Our shirts are available in sizes XS through 2XL. Our sizing is unisex with a relaxed fit and runs true to size.

What material are the shirts made from?

All shirts are made from 100% Gildan cotton with vinyl and heat transfer paper graphics. Every piece also features the signature Hook Line N' SNKR logo on the back.

Where is the graphic placed on the shirt?

Care Instructions

How do I wash my shirt?

To keep your shirt looking fresh and your graphic lasting longer, follow these care tips:

  • Turn the shirt inside out before washing
  • Machine wash in cold water
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the graphic
  • Do not bleach
