Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors.

Domestic Shipping

Free Standard Shipping We offer free standard shipping (ground) on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required for standard and ground shipping methods.

Expedited & Express Shipping Upgraded shipping options — including expedited, express, and overnight delivery — are available at an additional cost. These rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $45 Spend $45 or more and enjoy free shipping on all available shipping methods, including expedited options. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Rates International orders are shipped via standard international carriers. Expedited international shipping is available at an additional cost and will be displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Free International Shipping on Orders Over $45 Orders totaling $45 or more qualify for free standard international shipping. Expedited international options will still incur a fee unless the free shipping threshold is met and the method qualifies.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. International delivery times vary by country and carrier, but typically range from 7–21 business days after shipment.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please note that tracking updates may be limited once a package clears customs and enters the destination country.
Restrictions We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted regions. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
